The Puppy Package

A gentle, confidence-building introduction to grooming — designed especially for puppies aged 3–6 months.

We recommend starting after your pup has had their second vaccinations. Each session is spaced one month apart to allow your puppy to settle and grow in confidence between visits. Every stage is carried out at your puppy’s pace, with gentle handling and understanding to ensure they always feel safe and comfortable.

What’s included:

• Visit 1 – Sniff & Socialise - A relaxed, play-based introduction to the grooming salon. Your puppy will explore the space, meet their groomer, enjoy gentle handling, and be rewarded with treats and cuddles — building trust and positive associations from the very first visit.

• Visit 2 – Bath, Brush & Blow-Dry - A gentle cleanse using a puppy-safe shampoo selected for their coat type and skin needs, followed by a soft brush to remove loose hair. A temperature-controlled blow-dry ensures comfort, while we continue to build your puppy’s confidence in a calm, reassuring way.

• Visit 3 – First Tidy Trim, Ears & Nails - Your puppy enjoys a gentle bath and soft blow-dry, followed by a light trim to neaten their coat. Gentle ear cleaning and careful nail trimming complete the session. Each step is introduced slowly, with your puppy’s comfort as the priority, helping them feel relaxed and confident.

By the end of the three visits, your puppy will be familiar with the sights, sounds, and sensations of grooming — ready for a lifetime of happy spa days.
